Question by StarNo5: Will the alli pill affect my body in the long run?
I’ve heard that once you get off Alli and you want to take it again in the future it will not work because a.) you already used it and b.) Alli screws up your metabolism and it will be harder to lose weight ever again. Is this true? I just want to know how this whole “mechanism” works in our bodies.

I don’t believe in those “magic” weight loss pills. They may help you to lose weight but will hurt you in the long run. My granma was taking weight loss pills. As soon as she stopped, she gain the weight back plus she developed stomach problems. I think, the best way to lose weight is diet and exercise, as cliche as it sounds.
Some natural weight loss pills seem to work a little and don’t cause the same amount of side effects. My favorite is Phenphedrine
