Question by Rachel Rachel: When will people start to notice my weight loss and when will i start to lose weight?
Im 13,5ft 4 and 98 pounds.I limit myself to 1000 calories a day because im fat,so when will people start to notice my weight loss and when will i start to lose weight?

You have to understand one thing. You dont gain weight in one day or one week. You cant loose weight in one day or one week either. Atleast not noticable amount of weight. If you consume 800-1200 calories a day, take more proteins and less carbs and walk for atleast half an hour every day, you will start loosing 1-2 pounds per week after the grace period of a couple weeks. Once your weight loss gets more than 10-15 pounds, depending on your initial weight, people will start noticing. The trick is, to make healthy choices your life style. In 6 months, you will be a changed person as far as looks are concerned.

If diet and exercise dont give u results in 6 months, see your doctor to make sure your metabolism is normal. Also, I understand that for almost all of us people’s opinion matter a lot. But this is good for you and in the end, you will be the one benefiting the most from your weight loss.

Girl, do not lose any more weight. You are not fat at all. Trust me, if you were any skinner, it would look unattractive. Being too underweight looks just as unattractive as being too overweight. 1000 calories is too little. Eat at least 1600-2000 calories a day. Eat more food, and at the same time eat healthy! You should learn to love yourself because you are beautiful. Confidence is the best accessory a girl can wear.

Hi , I know how you feel. It is a challenge when we fight ourselves and attempt to lose weight. I found with so much information out there on the internet it can be very confusing.
