Today is my first day with hydroxycut and I am planning to lose a lot of weight. Do I take hydroxycut before or after meals? or does it work differently, please help!

The best method to speed your metabolism is through exercise, and eating 6 healthy small meals throughout the day. I tried HydroxyCut and didn’t like it. I liked Apidexin a lot more. There is a great Apidexin Review on this site.

not a good idea to take any diet pill. last week i took hydroxycut and the side effects are terrible first you get dizzy, you will have heart problems, your back will hurt, also if your a women it can effect your period,
