How soon can you start dieting after you have a baby? I was also interested in detoxing. Thanks.

i think the best thing is to lose it slowly ur body will need all the nutrients it can get esp if u are breast feeding start in second month or maybe third with all ht hard work u’ll be doing u’ll lose it fast…congrats:D

as long as you’re not breastfeeding detoxing right after you have baby should be fine. my mom always said that she just drank a lot of water, and did a lot of walking after having her kids. (my mom has 6 kids)
You can start eating healthy anytime and I have to say, this along with breast feeding was enough. The weight flew off so dieting wasn’t needed. If you are going to diet after giving birth, I would say it is ALWAYS best to talk it over with your doctor first just to make sure YOU are ok and physically ready to do so!

A vegetarian/vegan diet is healthy. I’m 18 but I eat soy yogurt made for toddlers and babies because it’s very tasty and healthy. You should feed your baby soy yogurt.
