Question by lexi dee!: What Would Happen If I Took Orlistat Pills (Alli) 2 pills 3x a day or without eating?
I wanted to know what would happen if I either took Orlistat pills without eating or took 2 pills three times daily instead of the normal 1 pill 3x a day? would i get sick? or would nothing happen?

Well as far as I know Alli helps you lose weight by making you get rid of more fat from the food you eat so you don’t absorb so much fat. I don’t know if it has any appetite suppressant qualities to it, but taking it without any food won’t do anything because there is no fat in your stomach.

It would be a bit pointless since Orlistat prevents your body from absorbing fat contained in the meal you’ve eaten. It does not magically extract the remainder of the fat out of your body. It is really important to stick to a healthy low fat diet when you use orlistat to lose weight. If you eat to little you will still end up in starvation mode.
