Question by Amber: What would happen if I ate 500 calories a day while taking Phenphedrine?
And, yes, I am aware how unhealthy it is to eat only 500 calories a day in the first place … I am just wondering if this would give one bad side effects while also on Phenphedrine.

I would presume that taking 500 calories a day would give you bad health and side effects on it’s own without adding a pill to the mix. But Phenphedrine is a good diet pill. Look at some Phenphedrine Reviews

I’m sure there are plenty of complications that could go along with such an unhealthy amount of eating while taking Alli. You could end up in the hospital with bad heart problems, even death. Good luck.

Alli eats fat…if you’re only taking in 500 calories..there’s not much left for it to eat…Why are you even taking it?

You’re not a plant; you cannot exist (for long) on sunlight and water…or merely 500 cals. You’ll develop headquakes and vertigo. Be careful, OK?

You’re just setting yourself up for failure if you do that. Your body needs food to lose weight. Pretty soon you’ll feel the need to go binge eating and you’ll feel guilty and eat more because you over-ate. Take Alli and follow the directions. Live a healthy lifestyle if you want to see permanent weight-loss. Slow and steady is the key. =)
