All appetite suppressants have a chemical that makes one experience a “speedy” feeling. One safe pill, all natural suppressant is Hoodia. I have experience in suppressants and if you really don’t want to be hungry, then you will need the “speedy” pill and most likely you will feel anxious or nervous. Sorry. Hope this helps!
