Pills like this affect different people in different ways. Often people assume they are safe because they are on the market and not by prescription, however, remember ephedra? The usual side effects are a racing heart, inability to sleep, or nausea (especially if taken on an empty stomach). They are pretty ineffective for weight loss.

Usually diet pills have caffeine or other stimulants in them, so sometimes you can feel shaky, wired and irritable, followed by a crash where you’re burnt out.
The commercials look kind of fake. And even then, to get the results they promise, you still have to work your a** off. So you might as well just save your money, work hard at exercise, and get the same results.
Its fake. my gym teacher was telling us about that stuff. It will like cut down ur good fat and all the good things you need to have in your body.
