Question by jdg_xx: What is the normal weight you can lose in a week with Alli, excercising, and eating healthy?
I have camp in a little over two weeks and I wanted to possibly lose 12 pounds by then. Is that possible? I’m taking Alli, limiting my food intake to 1500 calories a day, staying away from carbs, and running 4 miles a day. If you’re taking or have taken Alli, I would love to hear about your results (:

I started taking it 2 weeks ago and have lost 8 pounds. I had no side effects, and I didn’t stick to the low fat plan completely. I did for the first week, but the 2nd week I ate pretty bad and didn’t take it at every meal. I think with what you’re doing you could probably lose 12 pounds.

i started Alli about 6 days ago and have lost about 10 lbs so far! iv watched my diet carefully but haven’t exercised much yet. good luck!
