i have taken 6 in a day, my doctor told me taking more than that doesnt do anything to the fat.. you dont get rid of it quicker~
hope you are losing on alli.
I would recommend also looking into Phenphedrine to help with weight loss. It really reduces appetite and increases metabolism.
