I was wondering what is the best weight loss supplement to try when trying to lose weight?
I was going to take slimquick, but wanted further suggestions.

Cut the junk food out, and limit your diet to 3 small HEALTHY meals. Don’t forget to run. That would be the best way.
Slimquick sucks. So does Hydroxycut. Don’t even waste your money.

weight loss pills alone are not a solution to weight loss, you need to combine them with exercise. there are a lot of pills on the market. the application differers from person to person depending on their diet and way of living.
you need to compare and find the one that best feet your way of living. it might be an appetite suppressor and fat burner. read more about it before you decide on anything.
I do not use supplements and using artificial substance and so 3 things did it for me and some friends that followed the same guidelines:
1. Healthy diet – lots of fruits, nuts and vegetables and exclude anything that contains saturated fats or fried food;
2. Sensible exercise to tone my muscles and keep my heart rate optimal (I don’t use the gym but I walk, swim and cycle a lot; and
3. My mindset – I had to imagine the kind of body I want and believe fervently in achieving that.

Im not sure whether “supplements” are the right way to go about losing weight. I have studied nutrition over the past 8 years and have even tried most techniques out there which include diet pills, slim fast and atkins diet.
I lost a lot of weight over the last six months and even my boyfriend can tell that it has worked. To be honest with you my secret is to cut down on the amount of sugar that you consume. There are a number of websites out there which have their own opinion about losing weight but my studies have told me over and over again that the main ingredient to keep away from is sugar.

You need to get on a plain and stick to it and to help you with it. You must to vitamins and supplements. There are a lot of programs out there that only wants your money. I will tell you from my own personal experience it is hard to do, unless you have someone to tell you the little tricks. First drink water, drink drink drink.
