Question by Eaglesfan19: What is the best vacation for me and my girlfriend?
I am 20 and he is 19 and we have been together for 3 years now. So I want to surprise her with a vacation this summer in 2011 but i really don’t have any idea what are good vacations for us. I have thought of a cruise because she has never been on one and its pretty easy and cheap. Help me please!

Well I guess after 3 years, you should know each others likes/dislikes regarding travel, and should pick something that will be special, but not over ambitious. I’m not sure how much you would enjoy a cruise, if you end up being the youngest on the ship, by several decades! Try to think of somewhere that your gf has mentioned as a place she would like to visit (within your cost constraints) and then aim for that looking at the best way to make the trip special, but researching the best accommodation options (http://www.tripadvisor.com).
Vacations are great but the more complicated they are the more stresses a couple tend to have. You don’t need that. You have the best idea, A Cruise will do. They do all the work and you’ll have comfortable quarters with on ship activities and ports of call. The best cruises in my humble opinion is the less ports the better the cruise. So choose carefully. Enjoy your time and relax. It will give you and your girl needed time to unwind and even get to know each other more. That’s a good thing. Have a good one
