What do you think about Alli and Appedex?
They are both weight loss supplements. Which one works best? One suppresses appetitite, the other keeps fat from being processed in your body. Is one healthier than the other? Alli is the only FDA approved weight loss drug ever; is that really a big deal?

Alli is gross. And it’s a cop-out. All it does is stop your body from digesting fats. Your body NEEDS fat. Plus, some of the side effects include oily gas and oily sh*ts. Gross.
If I were to use one, it would be Appedex. I take green tea pills for energy, and they have Hoodia in them. I don’t take them for weight loss, just for energy.
The bottom line is that if you lose weight taking pills it will return, possibly with more weight included. Learning the most effective diet/exercise routine for your body is always great, but you have to stick with it forever.
Good luck!

If diet pills worked, 63% of Americans wouldn’t be FAT! Diet pills do not work. Period.
well, the alli says you should consider wearing dark-color pants because of the oily substance that can come from a certain part of your body. is that something you really want to deal with?!?!?!
Alli is an interesting diet aide. You might want to read up on it before purchasing it:

There’s a great community discussing both Alli and Hoodia – perhaps you’d like to join in?

Alli is a lifetime commitment. Take it once and you committ to taking it three times a day for the rest of your life. That’s $ 65 a bottle for the rest of your life. You also MUST committ to a low fat diet along with their recommended exercise plan otherwise you will suffer anal leaking.
I am shocked the FDA approved it. I would not suggest it.
The ONLY way to safely lose weight is with diet and exercise alone. You must burn 3,500 calories more than you eat to lose one pound. Monitor your caloric intake and exercise and you’ll do well.
