Question by KC: What could i use for energy to replace the stimulant in Phentermine?
My doctor said i could only be on Phentermine for 3 months and I was, but now i don’t have the energy I did while on it. It’s not just a little difference either, it affects my classes and I don’t want to do anything anymore. I need something to replace it. I’ve tried some drinks and energy pills but they’re nowhere close.
Is there anything odd out there I could use or something I could ask my doctor for?

I used to be the manager at a GNC and we always told our customers to do B12 supplements. It is fantastic for energy. If you feel the pill isn’t going to do enough for you try the sublingual. The sublingual forms come in either liquid or dissolvable pill. Either form you get you’ll put it under your tongue so that it will absorb to your system faster. Then there is also a B-12 shot that you can get from the doc.
There are also timed released multiple vitamins that work fantastic for energy. GNC has multiple’s for kids, men and women that specify for older, active, or whatever that person desires. It would really just depend on what you want .
There is also many different types of ginseng. Panax, Siberian, Asian, etc etc. The best form of ginseng that I’ve found it a liquid called Panax Ginseng. This also you can get at a GNC or any nutrition store.
I think your best bet is to go natural from now on. That way you don’t have to worry about only being able to take it for a few months and doctors usually tell you that because your body starts to rely on whatever is prescribed too much and could stop producing whatever your body naturally produces to give you energy. Try going into a GNC and just talking with a sales associate. They are extremely helpful and very willing to speak with you. I hope this helps!
