Question by Kay: What can I do to lose weight? (10 POINTS UP FOR GRABS)?
Alright, so here’s my physical profile:

Age: 16
Gender: Female
Height: 5’8
Weight: 139 lbs.
Calorie Intake: 1500/day
Exercise: 40 minute run 4-5 times a week (just started weight lifting again)

I am an aspiring model. Before you all go off on a tangent about how I should get a real career, I am an honour role student and plan to pursue a career as a secondary school educator. I want to do modeling on the side, more for fun.

With this being said, I know that I do have to become lighter in order to be somewhat successful in this domain. I want to drop down to 125lbs. I know that I can probably drop down to 130lbs with just the running and everything. So essentially, these are my questions:

How do I lose the five pounds after that? (I eat pretty healthy foods by the way)
Will weight lifting make my arms thin enough for a model?
How can I target weight loss in my upper thighs? (need to burn the fat off of them!)

Try to get anorexia, and or bulimia. JK

I know it sounds harsh but skip lunch. have a bigger breakfast (although no toast, only fruits and lite cereal).
Increase the distance of your run, prolonged physical exercise increases weight loss. You don’t have to run any faster just gradually increase the distance.

well if you want to loose weight in your upper thighs thaan do squats
start off by doing 30 per day and increase it after 2 days or so
also eat food that will tak eling to eat

ex” a banana will probably take 2 min to eat
hence, if you freeze the banana it will take approx. 10 min to eat

this is great if you always have cravings..

also, if your a big cookie eater
cosee cookies such as ritz instead of oreos of ahoy chipss..

also, you can pour your favprite juice on an ice cube tray and place popsicle stick on them
and then you can eat them later, a great way to keep your mouth busy for
minimum calories

118 pounds is the minimum “healthy” weight for your hieght and age. That being said most agencies want you to be even lighter. To lose more weight it is just more exercise and/or less food.
