I would say just don’t take it for a couple of reasons, I happen to know that it doesn’t work, I had work as regional manager for a large supplement store and we carried alli, and i don’t know how many times it got returned. I can say this, there is a lot of promise with so called weight loss pills, but isn’t it strange that there are a million of them out there. Its because none of them really work. I am a true believer that the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat smart and exercise consistently. I have worked with a lot of people to get them in the best shape of their lives. So please do your self a favor and save your money on those products. Instead maybe look into hiring a personal trainer or nutritionist to give you the knowledge to be successful in your healthy lifestyle goals. Oh and by the way its not a good idea to combine a product like alli and antibiotics.
