Hi,
Well that is an easy answer. All you have to do is go online to http://www.avesil.com and you should be able to fill out a form there. I have been trying it for a couple of weeks and have been seeing good results. It also helps if you exercise regularly (nothing too strenuous) just moderate. When you do order for the first time remember that you only have the trial period to try it for free. If you don’t like the product send it back. Would be best to call and make sure they are taking you off their re-order program as is standard with other products in the market too. If you have any other questions check out the FAQ section.
