Question by Marie O: To those who have taken Apidexin: did you start the diet a few days beforehand or not?
I already bought the Apidexin starter kit, and the guide suggests starting the diet 3 days before starting to take it. I’m wondering if anyone has taken Apidexin on the same day that they started the diet (instead of doing the diet for 3 days beforehand) and if they had any “treatment effects” as a result?

It is probably a good idea to start the diet before taking the pills. When you consume too much fat Apidexin will cause you to have and orange oil in your stools. It will be better to already have yourself on a balanced low fat diet first. Good Luck!
