Alli (Orlistat) is the only FDA-approved over-the-counter medication currently approved for weight loss. However, as with any over-the-counter-drug, it should be taken in consultation with a doctor. This is especially true for anyone who is on other medications.
Just because something is available without a prescription does not mean it is free of side-effects and will not react with other drugs. Talk to your doctor, or at the very least, a reputable pharmacist.
