Question by hellloooo: questions about alli or orlistat?
im taking orlistat. it is good because im watching what i eat. but i am learning i dont eat much fat, because i havent been having any stomach problems. in fact i rarely have more than 8 grams of fat in one sitting. is it still working? will it still help me shed 30% of the minimal fat i do eat?
im not obese, im slightly overweight. it says on the pack for someone of my size, it is a perfect medicine. but i am not having any stomach probs. is it still helping me to lose weight?
please dont share your opinions about diet pills. i am asking a question about diet pills, not whether they are okay. thanks.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.goodlwizard.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 4.97$ shipping and handling.

The alli pill is designed to block the absorption of the fat that you eat, so if you’re not eating fat, then you won’t be excreting it. The stomach problems are really a disclaimer for people who are consuming more than the prescribed 15 grams per day. The pill is meant to serve as a help with a lifestyle change. If you lower your fat consumption then any fat you do eat will not be absorbed. It should help you lose weight, because fat does contribute to weight gain. It should be slow and steady weight loss.
I’m not an advocate for diet pills, but anyone who is making adjustments to live a healthier life is going down the right path. Good luck!
It will still decrease the amount of fat you absorb. If you are eating 8 grams of fat only about 5.3 will be absorbed.
Keep in mind you still need to limit your total number of calories. For me that is 1400 cal/day, check on the alli website or in the booklet for your goals. I have found their nutrtion tracker very helpful.
