This pill: does it only destroy the fat of the food you currently eat or does it break the fat already stored in your organism.In simple words: does it work if you are already on a diet?

Yes, Xenical will work on a diet, It is pulling additional fat out of food that you are currently eating so that it doesn’t get absorbed into your system. If new fat isn’t being absorbed then your body can focus on the fat that is already stored. The eating plan for Xenical is supposed to be low fat anyways (or experience nasty side effects) so it will fork best with reduced fat and reasonable diet

It seems to push fat you have eaten that day almost straight out. Giving you terrible upset stomach. I stopped taking them as i couldnt see the point. If you are eating a low fat diet they dont do anything and if you cheat and have something fattening you suffer for it the next day. So i just eat healthily and exersize more and dont use them.
