Question by w.t.: Will I gain weight back when I stop taking fat burners?
I want to take fat burners to help me lose about 70 pounds. when i stop will that cause me to gain the weight back

Taking fat burners will speed up your metabolism, when you stop taking them it will slow down to below where it is to be and you will more then likely gain back more weight.

As long as you have adjusted your eating habits and increased your activity level you may be okay. However you may still gain a bit of weight back. If you don’t have a good diet and exercise then yes. Fat burners are generally not good for you so be careful.
The negatives of taking diet pills far outweight the positives. In the short term you’ll lose weight but then gain is back. DONT TAKE THEM
Yes but only for a short period of time until your body gets used to not having them. The best way is to wean yourself of them while watching your diet, you should go back to normal in between one to two weeks. Also is you are worried of putting weight back on, don’t cut back on your meals but graze through out the day. watch the portion you only want something small best to keep it the size of cookie only not something unhealthy. try cutting an apple into eight pieces have one piece every hour.
Although it is possible for you not to gain your weight back, most likely you will. That is the bad part (among other possible side effects) with this method.
I hate to say it, and boy do I mean it, but most of those types of weight loss products have such significant side effects that it really is not worth it. But if you are anything like me, you get so desperate that you are willing to try anything.
My best true long term, long lasting diet has been the Mediterranean diet. come to find out it is the only diet that has been proven to beat heart disease (and you will lose weight). Just google Mediterranean diet and you will find lots of links and recipes.
