Question by amelli: What will happen if I use Alli if I am under the weight category?
I am 5’3 and weigh 140.
On the website it says,”To see if alli capsules are right for you, find your height on the chart to the right. You should only start a weight loss program with alli if your weight is the same or more than the weight shown for your height.” For my height, the weight is 152.
I don’t see what could possibly happen if I still used this besides just losing the weight I need to lose.
What do you think?

I wouldn’t even try it. Sounds risky.

alli just sucks part of the fat out of whatever you eat.
i mean since you sound fit already, you really don’t need it.
it sucks like 25% of fat content out of what your meal is, its just made of complex sugars that won’t allow your body to break it down and store part of the food as fat.
if you really want it then try it. it wont hurt.
They impose those restrictions for a reason. There can be serious health risks. Ask the pharmacist if you are unsure.
Your best bet would be just to cut something out of your diet. Just not eating that second serving of something at a meal once per day will cut out those few pounds you want to loose.
When your goal isnt that big, using a pill can cause you more harm than good because of the side effects that come with any medication.
use some sort of hoodia supplament eat healthy and walk around your neighborhood some..
dont take something that requires you to bring extra pants to work because your worried your going to have “oily discharge”
