Question by Rochelle: What Is The Best Multi-Vitamin Recommendation For The Alli Pill?
The Alli pill says that it is best with Vitamins A,E,D,K with beta-carotene. I can’t find all of these vitamins in one. I checked my local GNC but they just recommended women vitamins that had nothing to do with the Alli. Is there a pill that has all of these vitamins or another option I may use that works best if I try Alli? Also any vitamin that would suit best with it to speed the weight loss. I would like to be prepared before I choose to try this dose. Thanks!

I use one a day with energy…its in a green bottle..rite aid.. But I would recommend using Phenphedrine over Alli for weight loss.

I am taking My Alli and take Walgreen’s brand of vitamins with minerals, am doing well and steadily loosing 2-4 lbs, a week
The Alli website recommends Centrum, but any multivitamin will work. I use a chewable generic from Walmart.
