Question by LIZA: tattoo removal?
i live in northern nj and i have a very small black outline tattoo on the back of my leg that i want removed. the main reason why i want it gone is because i feel like it’s in a very odd place and it wasn’t done very well.
i know laser removal is my only option but i don’t know how to go about finding someone to do it and how much it may cost. the tattoo itself is very small, can’t be anymore that 1.5×1.5.
and does wrecking balm actually work?

just yahoo search tattoo removal and the town you live in. look for a site that looks legitimate. also getting a tattoo removed SUCKS. it blisters terribly and I have heard it hurts 4x more than getting a tattoo. You might want to consider getting that tattoo touched up or covered or doing something to improve it so you are happier with it. I know how you feel…I have this one teeny tiny tattoo that drives me insane but I just kinda deal with it.

Wrecking balm will lightly fade the tattoo but will not work as well as laser. Since it’s small and just black outline why not have it covered with a better tattoo? It’s much cheaper and then you could have something you truely like. Check out these cover ups and re-works, it may help your decision.

Unfortunately, wrecking balm does not work at all.
Probably the cheapest alternative is possibly looking into a cover up. Find a good artist and go see them, see if they can work with your tattoo and turn it into something you’ll be proud of seeing. Since it’s only an outline, it has a lot of coverup potential, and likely won’t be as slow, painful, or expensive as a laser session.
I use to live in NJ, I got 3 tatts there. I wouldnt get laser removal. It hurts ALOT and leaves a scar. I would get it covered up with a nicer tattoo. Ive had 2 of my 5 covered with new tatts and they look great.
I wouldn’t recommend the wreckling balm. Tattoe removal is the best for what you’re looking for. Have you ever thought of a cover up? I got one and it looks great!
