Are there doctors specializing in weight loss specifically. Im looking to be prescribed Sibutramine, Orlistat or Phentermine cuz nothing is working. I dont have a Primary Care doctor, would i go to any doctor regarding this manner? Thanks

Joel Fuhrman, MD has helped many people lose weight including some of his patients that live in NYC.

However He is in Flemington, NJ and he does not prescribe medications like the ones you mentioned. His prescription is nutrition. He teaches you how to eat a nutrient dense diet.

Check out his books on Amazon and read all the customer reviews of his books.

Oh and he does not specialize in weight loss. He specializes in disease prevention and reversal. It just so happens that his protocol also help people lose a lot of weight. Being overweight after all makes you more likely to get heart disease and diabetes.

I lost 40 pounds last year following Dr. Fuhrman’s advice and have kept it off for a whole year. I read his books, Eat To Live and Eat For Health.
