Question by Val: Is Phentermine more effective once a day in the morning or twice a day?
Anyone that is or has taken Phentermine, which dosage was more effective?

I take Phentermine and I take the time release capsules. ask you doctor about them. I have taken boththe regular and the time release. The time release is sooooo much better. They last for 8 hours.
