Question by emily: I have been taking Xenical (Orlistat) for a little over a week?
But here’s the thing: At first I lost a few pounds, but now I am starting to put them back on. I exercise daily at Curves and also walk 5 miles daily. And I do not eat junk food or anything high in fat. So what’s going on?

it’s normal to actually gain weight in the beginning and it’s possible that your weight gain is actually muscle since muscle weighs more than fat. don’t worry so much about losing pounds, it’s losing inches that’s more important.
young lady—you do not need any of those diet pills. its changing the way you eat forever. fresh friuts, veggies grains, stay away from processed foods, fried, sodas (diet is good) and exercise daily. its a great life.
