You’re gonna give yourself a heart condition or blood clots. You can even have a pulmonary embolism and DIE. So not worth it.

You’ll probably loose a good 10-20 lbs the first month (depending on how much you weigh). But you will no doubt gain it back and more once you get off of it (because of your unrealistic daily goal).

Once your body adjusts to your new regimen it will then go into starvation mode so you will not burn as much and you will have less energy (so working out will be HELL). You will be doing the five miles a day yet it won’t be doing that much good. Might as well eat a solid Minimum of 1200 calories a day (or based on what your weight is), your body will burn calories more efficiently and you will have more energy and feel better. Overall you will loose more weight that way.

Remember phen only suppresses your appetite it doesn’t actually do anything with the fat or give you energy. I’ve been on phen for about 3 months and lost tons of weight the first month then after that it was very difficult to loose. I find it much easier if I vary my calorie input (no less then 1200 a day) workout 3 times a week and fast once a week for 24 hours. My doctor told me there were also detoxing benefits to fasting once a week and 24 hours of no food isn’t enough to make your body go in starvation mode.

I’m not lecturing I promise. Just trying to let you know what to expect.
