Question by DazKyL: How much time to start noticing weight loss ?
I am taking some diet pills and was wondering How much do i have to wait to start noticing weight loss in me if i go for a daily 30minutes jog ?

and what should i eat ?
After how much to start noticing weight loss ? i jog 30minutes everyday ?

also what to eat ?
I also live in a flat appartment and habe about 60 stairs.i always use the stairs instead of the lift.

try look at your weight loss early in the morning when you go work or anything. You should eat Salad since you went jogging.

if you jog everyday plus do other little things like take the stairs not the lift etc….. and snack on fruit and veg try stay away from the pre packed food you don’t know whats in it best to make your own food! smoothies are the best for breakfast. you wont notice anything for at least a couple of weeks but you will feel good about your self with the changes
