Question by TREK: How long to wait between trying a new weight loss supplement?
Please do not answer giving me a speech about weight loss supplements. You do not know how hard the journey has been for me, and I do not need your opinion.
I just started a weight loss supplement, and provided I do not like it, how long should I wait between trying this type, and a new type?

Ultimately weight loss is generated by creating a difference between the total intake of food energy and the total burning of energy completed in a 24hr cycle. This imbalance is often created by changing one’s food intake and/or by increasing one’s physical output to create an energy deficit. Some dietary plans state that they can generate weight loss without the need to control the energy intake and thus make claims that they have found ways to stimulate fat burning without the need for calorie counting. Most of these programs achieve their results by taking out large groups of high-energy foods and allowing you to survive on a high leafy vegetable diet. Just because calories are not counted does not mean the program works on non-calorie principles. Most of the intakes, of these special “metabolic” programs, when analysed for total energy intake, often have a total intake far less than the intake required for body weight maintenance. Thus weight loss often occurs. The main point is that no program works without the generation of calorie deficits.
