Question by internpalooza: How long before meal should you take Alli?
Are you supposed to take Alli WITH the meal? Or a certain time before?
And if I only eat two meals a day, should I take three pills still?

I take alli; the exact time, according to the website, is to be taken with the meal, so I take mine with my first bite. No more than three times a day.
I take it anywhere between 10 minutes and with the first bite. But usually with my first bite. It depends on where I am and how long the food takes. You should only take the Alli with a meal. So if you only eat 2 meals a day, only take 2 pills. But if you have a snack that’s high in fat, you should take a pill then too. But never exceed more than 3 pills a day. Good luck!
