Question by Annie: How can I avoid junk food binges while dieting?
I’m a teen on a diet, and I’ve adjusted well to everyday dieting. However, when I go to sleepovers with friends there’s always a lot of sugar and junk being shoved in my face without much other options and I find myself falling back to old habits. I feel awful about it later and I’m sure it’s slowing me down, so does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this without skipping being with my friends altogether? Thanks.

Just don’t eat it. Yes, It’s going to be hard. But just DON’T eat it.

They can laugh or whatever but thats the only way to stop.

Those cravings come from one place, your brain. And you can control your brain. But heck, enjoy your sleep over, just don’t over do it.
