I don’t really know anything about Apidexin but if it’s a “fat burner” and it speeds up you metabolism then yeah it could make your anxiety worse. I use to take a fat burner that contained Ephedra (before it was illegal) and chromium. It not only made my anxiety worse but it also gave me really bad manic episodes and made me terribly ill (headaches, missed periods, etc). I ended up in the hospital. You should probably consult a doctor before you take any kind of diet pill or medication. Especially if you have an anxiety disorder. You’d be surprised at what can set you off.
Good luck. I hope yo find what you’re looking for.

Hi! Like the person above me said, most diet pills have stuff in them to speed up your metabolism which can affect your anxiety because it speeds up your heart rate as well. Diet pills will affect your anxiety because of this and the main purpose of them is to speed up your metabolism and curb your appetite, and the main way to do this is to speed up other things in your body, which will in turn give you anxiety. And don’t be mislead by “natural ingredients” just because they are natural does not mean that they won’t increase your anxiety as well as giving you other unwanted side effects. I was curious about this particular one and wanted to give you more expert advice then just myself so I looked it up and found a few websites that you may want to check out. They are http://practicalweightloss.org/is-apidexin-the-best-weight-loss-pill/, http://practicalweightloss.org/side-effects-of-apidexin/, and http://www.getdietsolutions.com/apidexin/. All of them more or less say the same thing. This particular diet pill has 2 ingredients in them that will speed up your heart rate (which is going to give you anxiety). The first is Dicaffeine Malate, which is an ingredient that was used in Ephedra as well. There’s also Forslean which will do the same thing. Both are made to stimulate thermogenisis and will help in promoting mental focus, but that’s going to give you anxiety. Things that help with mental focus (such as ADD or ADHD meds will also give someone bad anxiety). In addition to these ingredients, others will stimulate things (after all the purpose is to help fat burn and the way to do that is to stimulate things) as well as giving you energy (which will also add to anxiety). I read a lot of posts from people who have taken this pill and many had good things to say, but even so, most people said that they felt more anxious because of their heart rate and energy. By the way, headaches and nausea were mentioned a lot too. So all in all, I’d be careful and consult with your doctor. I suffer from bad anxiety and I would hate to take something that would give more of it. Also, in general with all diet pills, people with anxiety already have to be especially carefulr because of the stimulation and energy these meds give. Oh, and someone posted (who suffered from anxiety) that they took less than the recommended dose and still got results, yet her anxiety was better… Hope this helps!
Yes, they can increase your anxiety. They also can cause heart attacks and strokes.
I know what derealization is, although the only time I experienced it (profoundly) was once on LSD 30 years ago.
My husband takes Apidexin. He is 6′ tall and was 211 lbs. That was three weeks ago. He is now about 192. the stuff does its job, although I have tried it and I do NOT feel it works as well for me. I lost 5 lbs in same time. Keep in mind, I’m menopausal, on high blood pressure meds, and wellbutrin.
I felt it did make me more anxious, and on two occassions, had to take an ATIVAN to come myself. So, is it worth it?
Not to me…5 lbs is really not a big deal.
I think you would have to be supervised VERY closely, and if that’s the case, you might as well ask for the big guns, like MERIDIA which will help you lose weight much more effectively.
Good luck.
