i took those tablets for about a year, and i lost heaps of weight, but when i stopped taking them i put back all the weight id taken off! and some more. i went to the docs and he told me thats what happens with thoses tablets, be careful with them, i advise you to cut down on your food intake yourself,and exercise. those tablets only work whilst you are taking them and you cant take them for ever. good luck.
