I have been on it a couple of times. Side effects that I personally experienced are dry mouth, some jitteriness (not horrible), and tougher time falling asleep. It kills my appetite for about the first month though, which is great.

I’m on Dr. prescribed 37.5 phentermine. I’m only on my 2nd day. ilove it except i havent slept in to days i wonder if this will stop the more i take it. good luck
I began taking it 3 days ago. I have had the jitters, but that is about it. I was told to drink plenty of water, more than normal and limit caffeine. I unfortunately had a little too much caffeine today and didn’t feel well. Once I drank more water, I felt better. My dr. also told me to eat my meals, not skip them. This is a tool to help cut calories, but not by not eating, you need to be healthy.
I’ve been on phentermine for about a week now. The first day was kinda rough. Extreme jitters. But the past several days have been good. A little dry mouth, hard time staying asleep. I have been eating meals and snacks and workout 5 days a week. I have lost 8lbs. Good luck
i took it twice before for about six-eight weeks per time. it worked great! i had lots of energy, but could only have one serving of caffeine per day. i had cotton mouth really bad all day and had to keep chewing gum and drinking lots of water (which you should do anyway).
i had no problem sleeping at night as long as i took the phentermine (37.whatever mg) before 9-10 am.
i would love to take it again, but my doctor doesn’t prescribe it and i don’t think i trust those online pharmacies nowadays. if you know of a trustworthy online pharmacy with doctor consultations, please let me know
also, something else to know, you really shouldn’t take it for more than 6-8 weeks at a time, because you do actually become tolerant to it and it will no longer be effective.
