I wouldn’t recommend mixing pills it is dangerous. Even mixing natural pills can be dangerous. But as to the best appetite suppressant that I have used is Apidexin.

I don’t think that is a good idea. With Alli you have to SEVERELY limit your fat intake or it will give you EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA.
