Question by Jessica: Is it okay for me to use a weight loss pill?
Hi I’m 13 and want to use a weight loss pill called “Avesil”. I researched it and it sounds a lot better than the one I was going to order before. No stupid answers or comments but I wanted to lose weight over the summer and I have already planned out a healthy safe diet and exercise schedule and it is hard to lose a lot of weight the normal way so I thought if I did my plan and took a weight loss pill it would be more effective would this be okay since I’m only 13?
im worried about my weight cause i weigh 160 lbs. n im 13 years old n im 5’4″ n ive been havin problems w/ my feet n knees plus i dont like the way i look so i thought i should loose weight this summer my goal is 110 to 120 and it takes a long time 2 lose that much weight in 1 summer w/ diet n exercise so i thought y not do diet n exercise plus the pill wouldnt i lose more weight that way?

Weight loss pills really don’t do much good at all, except Ally, which blocks fat from being absorbed. All the others are just stimulants, which suppress the appetite, like speed.
