Question by Cute Is What I Aim For: I am 13, 5’6, and 160 lbs. Weight loss help?
Well, I’m 13, 5’6 and half, and I weight 160. Now I need help losing weight a lot! I’m aspiring to be a model (only part time of course) and you have ot be thin. Well, I’m basically focusing on my waist and thighs. Since the rest of me is pretty thin. Any ideas to help me lose 15 lbs? I want it to be healthy though, no anorexia or bulimia for me. P.S. Do you think I have what it takes to be a model looks wise?

Eat only grilled veggies and lean meats and excercise

body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day – never go lower than that.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
u do have a very nice face and at 5’6 at13 ur very tall
don’t cut out things in ur diet and only eat vegies and lean meat!
u need a balanced diet to keep urself looking good!
-drink 2l of water and ONLY water per day
-have 5 small meals a day
-switch all breads, pastas and cereals for wholemeal or whole grain
-switch all dairy products for low fat alternatives
-exercise for at least 30 mins a day
