hey, i want to know more about hydroxy cut….such as some reviews from ppl who have already taken it. i just want to know is it worth taking while working out and such

I’ve been taking it for awhile. I honestly don’t know how much it helps you lose weight though.

It does wake you up and give you a crap load of energy to workout. Sometimes it’s too much energy and you get a bit jittery (like after you down a red bull or two).

It also makes some people get upset stomachs.

It will make you sweat. That’s how these kinds of pills work. So, if you take it, be sure to drink plenty of WATER.

I mainly use it as a source of caffeine anymore. I was just taking on in the morning and one before lunch to keep me alert at work and so i’d have enough energy afterwards to go to the gym.

It can help, but you don’t need it.

I take it in the morning everyday it does it’s job but if i forget to have a meal It leaves me feeling extremely jittery. It does give me excellent energy boost when i work out. At night its a little more difficult to fall asleep but manageable.

overall I’ve lost 10 lb in a month with me taking it but I’ve changed my diet and workout everyday for at least an hour

i have tried it and it works… works best to take it before you work out in the gym.. it makes u hyper and sweat more… and will keep you going…
