Nope, wish it were that easy. One pill will not do anything, but just know that with MOST diet pills, they “flush” your system, which means…make you poo for a few days. That’s how you lose the weight with MOST diet pills.

follow the directions for best results…..you will probably lose weight but not as fast as if u followed the directions…….
No you wont.. A girl I used to work with tried that stuff. You have to keep upping how many pills you take and its like being on speed, she was all shaky and bouncing off the walls. And no she didn’t lose much weight at all. I think she tried it for about a month.
