Question by Lucy: How to reimburse/count the unused vacation time into cash?
Let’s say if I have 2 weeks vacation each year but I didn’t have chance to use it due to the boss’ demand. Do I count it as 10 pay days or 14 pay days?
I’ve worked for the company for almost 6 years, is 2-week vacation time a little bit less than other people who have the same working years?

Depends on the company’s policies – some jobs let you cash it in, others are on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. Talk to your HR department to find out what the company’s policy about this is.
