Hey you guys!!!
I am almost 15 will be April 28th!! I am an aspiring model!!!
My modeling weight is suppose to be lower than what I am now so I need you guys’ help!
Here are my current stats
Height :5’5
Weight:105.8
Lowest:96
Highest 115
GOAL :100-90
Healthy would be 110.thats big to me..but thats JUST MY OPPINION FOR MY BODY TYPE…I look FAT in 110…my body shows gains and losses very fast!!!…Models that are 5’9 must be 104-110 so…you get my view!!!!
Just how do you lose it in 3-10 days…??This is highly appreciated!!Please help me out…that competition is Feb. 6th!!I need answers fast!!:)
I need to be 100 by then!!just 5 pounds loss..but I want to lose 10…so tell me how to lose 5 if your gonna be an ass like some girls were last time I asked lol!!!

Don’t you think you should go back to english class before entering modeling?

Basically, if you’re not naturally skinny, you’re gonna have to starve yourself to lose the weight like so many runway models do.

10lbs in 10 days is dangerous. Even 5 in 10 is really pushing it. Realistic loss in 10 days is maybe 2.5 lbs max

Ask yourself this – is this competition so important it’s worth risking your health for?

OMG u are perfect, you dont need to loose weight at all you are at the perfect size you are in the miidle of the scale why do you need to loose weight if you are not over or under?? ♥♥

Models need to be thin. See site below for exercises to help you be thin with a link to pictures of a woman. Plus a secret trick that models use to flatten tummy before an event. Also learn what fats make you thin. Healthy food makes you thin but people are confused about what healthy is. Do not cut carbs, calories or fats. Salt, lean meat and no-fat milk are fattening.

Which has more calories: a plain potato or one with a healthy fat like olive oil (extra virgin and cold pressed)? The latter. Which is more fattening? The former. How can this be? The fat slows down the calories going into the blood (see glycemic load and glycemic index) making it less fattening. Counting calories will make you an anal person if you are not already one. See advice for teen girls also.

Your modeling agency sucks. Look for one that doesn’t look for starving models. You’re not fat at all, you’re actually underweight… if you’re not naturally slim it won’t be right. 90 pounds for 5’9″ is sickly.

I am a model, I have been in the business for 10 years. I know how you feel, But I do not believe in starving yourself to get to any shape. Veggies fruit protein fiber exercise.
This is a haed business, one of the hardest. I also do not support anyone who is still in school seriousally modeling..get an education.
If you dont win this one, you have time. Give yourself time to eat a balenced menu and exercise plan. Get some good shots and go at it again.
If this a competition that you have to pay for IE (NYmodel contacts, Elite model modeling competition I would be weary. ) i have seen it all. If you need any more advice feel free to email me directly from here.

PS I am 5’10 and I have never been under 120 pounds. Its not all in numbers. Take care of your body.

Underweight is actually – technically – healthier than overweight. I can’t say that the weight you aspire to be is unhealthy, just a little abnormal BUT then again you are going for a “look” which is “demanded” by the profession you are seeking so I can understand your interest. You COULD – and I say this with CAUTION – try diruretics. One such – dangerous – diuretic is Lasix. It is what bodybuilders use to help them get ripped before a competition to rid the body of water – to look vascular and “lean.” Problems – diuretics – especially ones as extreme as Lasix – can strip your body of more than JUST water, they can make you lose essential – LIFE NECESSARY – electrolytes. You need to supplement with Sodium and especially potassium. Potassium helps regulate your heart – so DON”T MESS WITH IT!
THAT SAID…I would MUCH RATHER recommend eating less BUT EATING HEALTHILY. ZERO FAT EVERYTHING pre competition. Perhaps for 5 to 10 days eat ONLY a skim milk/protein drink. The protein drink should be PURE EGG AND WHEY. You will get ALL the necessary amino acids/protein by ingesting this. NO SUGARS NO ADDITIVES just PURE EGG AND WHEY. Eat approximately 50 to 100 grams of this per day – so 3 “meals” of 20 to 35 grams each. Each “meal” is a 8 to 10 ounce glass of SKIM MILK and the protein mix. Also….eat a lot of GREEN veggies – this will give you food, nutrition but very few carbs. Eat a lot of celery, cucumbers, lettuce, parsely, etc….green green. DO NOT EAT potatoes or rice. This is starch which will be stored as fat if not burned within the day.
You need to eat some fruit also. I would recommend a couple of apples, some grapes, one or two oranges or one grapefruit.
Keep track of your calories if you can. Get a book or info from the net detailing calories per serving of what I have suggested you eat. Read the side of the protein to see the calories you will be getting. Protein will give you 4 calories per gram. You can burn 1000 calories a day simply existing. If you eat well you will eat less than this but will get the energy you need without compromising muscle tissue/density. You want to keep your muscle dense/solid and burn any excess fat you may have – which isn’t a lot!!!
You should take a multivitamin that is a good name-brand. Not some cheap stuff because it is cheap. But you don’t need to go crazy paying GNC prices for the name either. Jameson if you have such a vitamin where you are…Go to a private health store and look at the “natural source” vitamins to select a good one. Ask for help….you need all the major vitamins and one with ALL the trace elements. You could also spend some coin and drink “GREENS” This will insure your health is up to standards and give you virtually NO calories. You should exercise too. Walk 30 to 60 minutes EACH DAY BRISKLY….4 to 7 miles per hour….fast but not running. This will burn calories.
In a nutshell, you want to BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN AND…you don’t want to eat stuff that gives you NO nutritional value…every calorie – because it is so limited as to how much you will take in – needs to be a “positive” calorie – a healthy one.
You can expect to burn perhaps 1500 calories a day and take in only 800 to 1000. You COULD lose a pound a day….any more is really unhealthy. If you MUST, get some diuretics from the pharmacy – over the counter types…..put use them ONLY for a few days…and take POTASSIUM with some water during the day…..You could sweat or excrete a few pounds of water alone in a day or two quite easily…but be careful.
