Question by Munirah: How much should I lose?
Hey everyone, my name is Munirah and im 16 years old and aspiring to become a teen magazine model. My weight is bad im 170lbs and 5’6. my measurements are Bust 36B, Waist 33in, Hips 43in, and thighs 24 1/2. I know horrible right? Can you guys help me with what my total weight loss can be in my waist hips and thighs? Also I need help with the types of exercises i need to do.
And i know this is random but how do you get Honey Thighs? (Korean Term in english)

Models need to be really skinny so I say you should get down to 105 lbs.
just eat 1,000 calories a day and lots of healthy foods like fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables etc.
also workout several times a week- go to the gym and run on the treadmill and lift light weights to tone up, ride your bike, go swimming
By doing this you’ll lose about 1-2 pounds a week which doesn’t seem like a lot but its supposed to be the healthiest amount of weight you can lose
