Question by old c programmer: How can I get more annual vacation days?
I have a great job, with 15 days paid vacation annually. I have been with my current employer 3 years. However, I am 51 years old and would really really like more vacation time. I would be willing to reduce my salary if I could get another week or two of vacation. The only solution I can think of is to look for another job. Is it possible for me to keep my current job and get more vacation time?

You could ask for unpaid leave. You don’t have many options if you have been only three years with the employer
