Question by keys of passion: Has women’s lib really gone the way it was supposed to?
Has it spawned a generation of living plastic dolls aspiring to have the perfect porno body as a passport to success?

Plastic surgery, weight loss, fashion, makeup, seem to be more valuable to teens than ambition, is it true?

What do you think of this article……..

In Hollywood, maybe. In reality, most women are all obese and living on fast food.

I think the article’s author got up on the wrong side of the bed the day that was written. Women’s lib is a shallow, virtually meaningless catch phrase. Women did have a point to make, and in many instances still do. Regarding equality – they succeeded in getting the vote in the USA in 1920, and in making major advances in all areas about the same time “the pill” was first marketed. While it has not been a perfect ride along the way, their drive toward equality has in point of fact greatly benefited society worldwide.
As for teens – that’s the way teens have always been. It’s part of childhood – and they are still children – and a phase they all go through. If you’re over 20, you went through it too, just like I did forty-five years ago. Don’t try to judge the impact of the fem lib movement by the behaviors and attitudes of children – even if the children in question are female.
