I have not read of orlistat or Xenical causing a metallic taste in ones mouth, however I did find that it can reduce the absorption of vitamin K which is important in clotting. Metallic taste sometimes has to do with small amounts of blood in the mouth. If you are also taking warfarin then you may be experiencing an interaction; either way this would be good to discuss with someone that knows all the medications that you are taking.
