I know you have to change your diet plus exercise for successful weight loss. But i have heard hydroxycut is way better than other supplements.. anyone know?

I have used hydroxy cut and have lost weight. I am using it now but I accompany it with weight watchers and I am seeing great results so I am not sure if it is the weight watchers or the hydroxy cut but something is working. Hydroxy cut can give you the shakes and the cracked out feeling lol so I do not take the recommended amount. By boyfriend does and he says he is fine and now used to it… I tend to get headaches so I am not sure if i will ever be used to it…. So hydroxy cut works but probably not like you are hoping.. You will still need to work out and eat right and hydroxy cut can help you do that!! I have heard from people at GNC that it is the best seller and there are different types you can try…. good luck!

I only tried the free sample that was offered. It actually worked pretty good since I had so much energy. But the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that it gave me the jitters. I was starting to shake all the time. I even had trouble sleeping at night. But I did lose about 5 pounds from the 120 tablet bottle.
