Question by desperate: can you use humovox to lose just a few pounds?
I’m not overweight but would like to lose some pounds and build some muscle. Is Humovox a safe way of doing it?

if you really want to lose weight do try those special diets! like the person on top of me said theres no reason to! and they don’t work! if you really want to lose weight stay active and eat small meals. it works!

What Orlistat does it just reduce the absorption of fat from your diet, so in essence, it reduces your caloric intake from fat. It is a relatively safe drug, since it is not absorbed into your body. However, the side effects may be a bit unpleasant (oily flatulence). The clinical study on Orlistat basically showed that it is capable of reducing body weight by 3-5%. So, if you’re 150 lbs, you can lose 4.5 – 7.5 lbs within a month or so.
Word of advice: Try to avoid fatty meal while on Orlistat.
