hey, dont fret,i was in the same situation not too long ago..let the foot heal..it can be depressing as hell to see ur body grow coz of lack of workout, but rmbr u can face worse consequences if u dont let the foot heal..u wanna keep in shape, completely give up junk food,i recommend maple syrup diet for 5 days or so,itll help u switch to cleaner food lik raw, cooked vegetables that actually mak u lose weight without exercise..also itll keep up the positive energy which u will desperately need..tc
If you take it wrong (ie: wrong dose or too often) you can die of cardiac arrest due to blood clotting.
I have been on this drug under Dr. supervision (I am an adult by the way) and he would never have prescribed it unless my eating was low-fat, (something in the drug coagulates the blood (thickens it) and if there is fat lobules from food intake, it can be fatal!) and I was drinking 10 cups of water a day, as well has moderate (not light) excercise everyday. Chances are if you did those things you would not be overweight.
No one any age should be taking “phentermine” as it’s BAD for your body. Eat three well balanced & healthy meals a day & in between, drink lots of water & maybe have a small piece of fruit. Drinking lots of water will flush out the impurities in your body & will help with weight loss. The safe amount of water in ounces to drink, is to take your present weight, of 166 lbs. then divide that by 2 which = 94 oz. That’s how much water you should drink daily & still be within a safe amount. As you lose weight, the number of ounces will go decrease. Watch your carbs (potatoes, pasta, bread, rice, cookies, cake, etc.) Eat fresh veggies when you can & frozen veggies when you can’t eat fresh ones. Watch your sugar intake as well. You’ll see a big difference before long if you watch your carbs & sweets. When your foot allows you to exercise, get out & walk daily, building time & distance little by little. It will work but you have to be determined to lose & keep it off.
